Executive & team coaching

Designed around your responsibilities

Each pathway uses examples relevant to your role, your level of AI experience and your institution’s rules.

01

Senior leaders & executives

For senior UN and international organisation officials, corporate executives and public-sector leaders.

Briefing notes, decision preparation, scenario exploration and meeting follow-up. AI supports analysis; decisions remain yours.

02

Senior communications specialists

For directors of communications, spokespersons, public affairs and information integrity specialists.

Message development, audience adaptation, editorial workflows, media monitoring and verification, with attention to accuracy and reputation.

03

Teams & professional groups

For leadership teams, NGOs, development programmes, professional associations and other groups.

Identify shared needs, agree workable rules and test role-specific uses. Group size and session length can be adapted in the proposal.

Four focused conversations. A practical plan.

The standard pathway is four 45-minute sessions over 4–6 weeks, with a small exercise between meetings. We agree the scope, pace and format before starting.

    Test on real-world tasks

Try one or two workflows using public, fictional or suitably anonymised material. Refine prompts and review quality, effort and practical limitations.

  4. 04

    Build your adoption plan

Ethics is part of the practical work in every session.

Your judgement stays central

Protect sensitive information

Use only approved tools and authorised material. Do not upload confidential documents for the coaching exercises.

Verify and review

Check facts and sources, test for bias, and keep human review before decisions or publication.

Respect institutional rules

Align the plan with your organisation’s policies, approval processes and disclosure requirements. Involve the relevant internal teams when needed.

Build autonomy

Develop habits you can maintain. Keep the tools and applications that improve your work and drop those that do not.

Before we begin

Do I need to be using AI already?

No. The diagnosis starts with your existing habits and confidence. The programme works for beginners and professionals already using AI.

How is this different from a workshop?

A workshop introduces skills to a group. Coaching follows your own workflows across several meetings, with practical testing and a tailored plan.

Can a team take part?

Yes. A shared programme can be scoped for a small team or professional group. We adapt the duration, examples and deliverables to the agreed group needs.

What does it cost?

Fees are quoted after a discussion of the scope, group size, format and follow-up. You receive a proposal before committing; software subscriptions, if needed, are discussed separately.

What should I share at the start?

Your role, your main work challenge, your experience with AI and preferred language. Please do not send confidential documents or personal data.

Start with the way you work.

Tell us your role and one task you would like to improve. We will propose a format that fits your needs.
