Generate ideas and plan your week

Use AI as a thinking partner for projects, content, priorities and realistic schedules.

Goal

Generate varied ideas and turn them into a realistic weekly plan.

A blank page can leave you going in circles. AI can keep offering options. Your role is to select and assess them.

Generate first, then evaluate

I want to [goal, such as attract more clients to my hair salon in Abidjan], with a budget of [amount] and [time available] per week. Suggest 15 different ideas, from simple to ambitious. Then compare them in a table: cost / effort / likely impact.

Then ask: “Develop ideas three and seven into a two-week action plan.”

Plan a realistic week

Here is everything I need to do this week: [rough list]. My constraints: [hours, travel, frequent afternoon power cuts, etc.]. Help me: 1) identify the three most important priorities, 2) spread the rest across the week, 3) identify what I could delegate or drop.

Virtual advisers

Ask AI to examine an idea from several perspectives: a customer, an accountant, a competitor or a young adult. These are simulated viewpoints, not real opinions, but they can help you prepare for actual conversations.

Today's challenge

Tonight or tomorrow morning, give AI your weekly task list and real constraints. Use the conversation to settle on your three priorities.
